Alice is incredible. She helped us sell our condo well over asking and also helped us find our first house. For the sale of the condo, her team helped with important repairs, staging, photos and a virtual tour. These were the touches that really helped us sell at a great price. We sold well over asking while other units in the building struggled to get offers.
She was also very patient and knowledgeable when it came to the purchase of our house. She was always very honest with us about the market and what the homes would likely sell for.
